CloudSigma would like to inform you that we are planning to do scheduled maintenance of our storage cluster in the San Jose cloud location. The maintenance aims to upgrade the underlying software of the storage cluster. This update will address some issues that tend to cause delays in certain operations. All scheduled tasks are expected to complete within 2 hours in total.
All support activities will be conducted under direct supervision by CloudSigma’s DevOps staff.
During the maintenance, a brief delay may occur with some storage operations. Aside from that effect, no impact is expected on the already running machines in our environment.
While it is important for CloudSigma to perform maintenances such as this to ensure the quality of our services, we do everything possible to minimize any inconvenience for our customers. We appreciate your patience and welcome any feedback.
